This simple recipe is made of just 3 ingredients: fresh strawberries, milk of choice, and sweetener of choice.
The key to the perfect strawberry milk is the right ratio of milk and strawberries – not too little and not too much strawberry.
Depending on the sweetness of the strawberries and your taste preference, you can adjust the amount of sweetener. Instead of refined sugar, you can use a sweetener of your choice.
As long as you use a plant-based milk, your strawberry milk can also be vegan.

Strawberry Milk
Ingredients
- 1 cup (150 g) fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
- 2 cups (480 ml) milk of choice
- Sweetener of choice, such as 1 1/2 tablespoons (32 g) agave or 2 tablespoons (25 g) raw cane sugar
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients with a hand blender or in a blender until completely smooth.
- Serve immediately.
