Strawberry Milk

This simple strawberry milk recipe is healthy and delicious and takes just minutes to make.

1 cup (150 g) fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
2 cups (480 ml) milk of choice
Sweetener of choice, such as 1 1/2 tablespoons (32 g) agave or 2 tablespoons (25 g) raw cane sugar

Blend all ingredients with a hand blender or in a blender until completely smooth.
Serve immediately.
