This easy dessert has just 5 ingredients and is so quick to prepare. Chill the stracciatella mousse for at least 3 hours until it magically turns airy and foamy!
Made of heavy cream, quark or Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and chopped chocolate, this delicious 5-ingredient dessert is quick to prepare.
I have made this dessert many times. It’s a real hit all year round. My kids love it. Everyone will love it! At least those who like chocolate and eat dairy. I haven’t yet tested if it works vegan, but let me know if you give it a try.
You can customize the mousse if you wish, by adding other add-ins or replacing the chocolate or a part of it. If in season, try fresh fruits like whole, chopped, or smushed raspberries, chopped or sliced strawberries, or blueberries. Milk chocolate is good, too. I haven’t tried other add-ins yet, but let me know if you do!
