Strawberry Smoothie – No Banana!
Ingredients
- 1 cup (150 g) frozen strawberries
- 2/3 cup (160 ml) milk of choice (see notes below!)
- Sweetener of choice, such as 1 tablespoon (21 g) agave or 1 1/2 tablespoons (19 g) raw cane sugar, to taste, or omit (see notes below!)
Instructions
- Let the frozen strawberries thaw a bit first for easier blending.
- Combine all ingredients and blend until completely smooth using a blender or hand blender.
- Pour into a glas or two, serve, and enjoy!
