Ingredients
1cup (200 g)granulated or superfine sugar,or raw cane sugar
1tablespoon (8 g)ground cinnamon (see notes below!)
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon using a small whisk, fork, or spoon until thoroughly combined.
Store in a jar with an airtight lid.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount to your needs.Shelf Life & Storage: Store the cinnamon sugar at room temperature. If stored airtight in a cool, dry place, cinnamon sugar will keep for at least 1 year and up to 2 years.Cinnamon: If you like your cinnamon sugar more spicy, feel free to increase the amount of cinnamon to 2 tablespoons or even 1/4 cup.
